Hi, I’m Leena Swamy, a self-taught, cross-disciplinary artist.
My creative journey began after an earlier career in the corporate sector. A sabbatical from my work in Human Resources reawakened a long-standing interest in drawing and led to a practice I have sustained for over a decade, with brief pauses shaped by personal commitments.
I began with caricature, digital illustration, and fine-liner work—mediums that continue to inform my visual language. In recent years, my practice has expanded to include acrylics and ink, allowing me to explore material vocabulary and the emotional range of my work.
